How do we target specific demographics within our store to reach new customers and increase profits? Though ice cream targets a wide net, we can look inside our community and really understand our market. If you're in a market that is a true melting pot, then you take advantage of various flavors to cater to that demographics. For example, the Latin, Asian and Indian populations prefer fruit flavors.
